Create a Ticket
To create a ticket, navigate to the Remediation in the left menu.
- Click on CREATE TICKET in the top menu.
- Write a Title and a Description for your ticket.
- Select priority in Details section.
- You can add a tag in Tags section.
- You can assign a ticket to a user in your organization in Assign Ticket section.
- You can attach a file in Attachments section.
- Click on SAVE, in the top of ticket title.
