Configure patching policy for your organisation.

The Patching Policy sets a schedule for fixing vulnerabilities to effectively manage risk. The deadlines, based on the risk rating and the priority of each vulnerability, guide both metrics tracking and remediation efforts to meet established Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

Configure Patching Policy using Risk Rating of vulnurabilty:

  • Navigate to the "Polices" section in the side menu. click on "patching.".
  • You can configure the SLO period for each risk rating: High, Medium, Low and Hardening.
  • You can also disable SLO for a specific risk rating.
  • Once you are done with your configuration you can click on SAVE button to apply your patching policy configuration.

Configure Patching Policy based on ticket Priority:

  • Navigate to the "Polices" section in the side menu. click on "Priority.".
  • You can configure the SLO period for each priority: P0, P1, P2 and P3.
  • You can also disable SLO for a specific priority.
  • Once you are done with your configuration you can click on SAVE button to apply your patching policy configuration.
